During your free full clinical assessment, our clinicians will carry out a comprehensive evaluation of your oral health, including advanced 3D CBCT imaging, digital X-rays, and intraoral scans. Following your assessment, you'll have the opportunity to discuss your treatment options in detail and receive a personalised treatment plan tailored to your needs.

2. Implant Placement
Using advanced 3D CBCT imaging, digital treatment planning, and guided implant surgery, your Implantly clinician will precisely place your dental implants according to your personalised treatment plan. Depending on the complexity of your case, the procedure typically takes

I only need one or two teeth?

What if I have bone loss / gum disease / periodontal disease?

If you have gum or periodontal disease, we’ll first ensure your mouth is healthy and stable before proceeding with treatment. Do you put me to sleep during the surgery?
Most dental implant surgeries are carried out under local anaesthetic, which means you’ll be awake but completely numb in the treatment area. This allows you to remain comfortable and pain-free during the procedure. For nervous patients or those undergoing more complex treatments, we can also arrange conscious sedation to help you feel more relaxed.
